Lisa: Medical Billing Specialist

Neurological Wellness Clinic is pleased to have Lisa as our medical billing specialist. She has over ten years of medical billing experience and is eager to help answer all of your billing-related concerns.

“I believe that every patient, including myself, deserves a thorough explanation to any question or concern that they may have. I will strive to provide detailed patient care service in order to meet the expectations of our patients, medical and business contacts. When our patients and contacts are satisfied with the care and service they receive in person or on the telephone, I feel that I have performed in a way that is important to the patient/contact and that is rewarding to me. Making people happy is very important to me, both at home and at work. I feel good when the people that I care about are healthy and happy.”

Originally from Pewaukee, Lisa now lives with her husband, Tom, and their dog, Myra, in Menomonee Falls. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Lisa enjoys gardening, badminton, volleyball and collecting mid-century modern antiques with Tom.
